Latest Church Communication

March 15th Newsletter

Hello Church Family,

I hope everyone is doing well. It’s hard to believe we’re already halfway through Lent. I hope this season has been meaningful for you. For me, the opportunity to spend extended time in scripture through both our Bible study and sermon preparation has been a real blessing.

This week, I’ve had the chance to visit with several people and serve Communion at the retirement home. Some days feel like a steady movement from one place to the next, but even in the busyness, there’s purpose and joy. I’m grateful for the privilege of walking alongside you in so many different settings.

Last week in worship, we continued our study of the Apostles’ Creed by focusing on the Holy Spirit, drawing from Jeremiah 18:1–6. If you missed that message, you can find it on the church’s Facebook page.

This Sunday, we’ll reflect on what we mean when we confess belief in the holy catholic, or universal, church. Our message will come from Ephesians 4:1-16, but I encourage you to read Ephesians 1-3 as well. In those chapters, Paul moves back and forth between theological teaching and heartfelt praise as he reflects on the mystery of the gospel revealed in Christ. That foundation helps us understand what it truly means to live as one body in him.

Be sure to check the updates below. If you need anything, please don’t hesitate to call or text me. See you on Sunday!
